OK, dudes. It’s time to have your say: Which five fictional characters tickle your fancy? Since we’re all ladies up in here, we have asked Matt of fatmosh notoriety to share his list and kick things off. Without further ado …
1. Elizabeth Swann, Pirates of the Caribbean

Well, for one, she’s a GIRL pirate. How many of those do you see (in REAL movies)? Plus, she’s got sass, can work a sword, and stands up to (and turns down) the coolest pirate of them all. So she’d totally go for me.
2. Kaylee Frye, Firefly/Serenity

Funny? Check
Smart? Check
Talks about twixting her nethers? Done deal.
3. Virginia Baker, Entrapment

The infamous scene where she is slowly and methodically working her way through the lasers? Yeah, I don’t think I have to explain more than that.
4. Vanessa Kensington, Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery

She’s a smokin’ hot secret agent with an accent, and she can hold her own against ill-tempered sea bass. We’ll just ignore that whole she’s actually a fembot part. Irrelevant.
5. Joey Potter, Dawson’s Creek

Oh Joey, I had quite the crush on you in high school. I totally was Dawson while watching the show. I’ll go on pretending you didn’t break my heart and end up with stupid Pacey.
Oh, Matt. Nicely done. Can anyone top this list? Grab the button, linky up your post, and introduce us to your Fictional Five.

[...] talking about Girl Talk Thursday, you should head over there today, because Matt is hosting Dude Response Friday! And since I had to twist his arm clean off his body and beat him about the head and (bloody) [...]
Oh, Elizabeth. If only the last movie had never existed, I’d love you too.

Dude, I so wanted to *be* Joey just so I could *do* Pacey. LOL

Catherine Zeta Jones is #1 on my “if I swung both ways” list. I would totally have included Virginia Baker and the laser scene.
